From the point of view of policy-making\, the latest scientific findings and best practices\, the conference will open discussions on some important aspects of high-quality\, i.e. sustainable\, work environments\, especially safe and health hazard free work\, the ability to work in increasingly digitalised work environments and work-life balance\, taking into account demographic change and equal opportunities. \nDirector General Delphine Rudelli will present in the panel from 13:00 – 14:00 Ceemet’s views on flexible working arrangements\, the same topic will also be presented by the service sector trade union UNI Europa.
