This Coalition calls for a number of measures to be put in place in order to mitigate the effects of the “Fit for 55 proposed regulatory framework” on employment and skills on the MET industries\, in particular on the automotive sector. Other industry associations (CLEPA\, ACEA etc) as well as industriAll Europe are also members of this coalition. \nThe Coalition calls for a Just Transition Framework for the mobility ecosystem to be built\, amongst others on: \n\nAdequate resources\nPolicy support and exchanges of best practices\nTransition planning and social dialogue\nMapping of employment impacts at company\, regional and national level.
