Technical Seminar
13:00 – 15:00

The proposed Directive for an Adequate Minimum Wage has caused a fundamental discussion on the competence of the EU and on the consequences for social partner autonomy and collective bargaining systems.

European sector employers from the tech & industry, chemicals, cleaning & facility services, retail & wholesale, agriculture, hotel & gastronomy and private employment services sector will bring their legal experts and practitioners together in one technical seminar to have a closer look at the legal and practical impact of the proposal.

The speakers will exchange with the participants on the risks of the proposal and suggest different approaches to the matter, focus on the conflict of competence and address the impact on existing collective bargaining systems. Please find attached the programme of the online seminar.
