Our Presidency
The President of Ceemet is elected from among the Presidents of the member organisations of Ceemet for a two-year term. Once elected, a mandate can be extended for a further two-year term.
The President is assisted in their duties by a maximum of two Vice-Presidents.

Our Board of Directors
The Board of Directors is the executive body that organises the work of the association. Each Ceemet member federation is represented on the Board, either directly or via a regional representation. The Board takes care of the financial matters of the association and directs the work of the secretariat.
The Board is headed by its Chair, who is elected for a three-year term by the General Assembly. The decisions of the Board are subject to the approval of the General Assembly.
Our Director General
Appointed to the role in 2020, Delphine Rudelli brings over three decades of expertise at the intersection of European social policy, labour law and industrial relations.
A graduate of law and political science from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, Delphine began her career advising companies on foreign labour law and European social legislation at UIMM, France’s leading employers’ federation for the metal and technology industries.
She then developed her expertise in European social affairs, first in Brussels when she joined Ceemet as an Advisor in 1999 but also from the national perspectives when she led the European and International department of UIMM between 2006 and 2020. Since October 2024 and in her capacity as Ceemet Director General, she also serves as Chair of the Board of the European Employers’ Institute.
