On 20 July 2026, the Commission launched the second stage consultation of European social partners on the so-called Quality Jobs Act (QJA). Ceemet has carefully reviewed the consultation document and has prepared its reply on the various potential elements of the Quality Jobs Act – from algorithmic management (AM) and subcontracting to health and safety and skills.
