Individual Learning Accounts (ILAs) are set to be part of a Commission proposal for the Council in November/December 2021 based on the outcomes of public consultations.
In this 1st phase response Ceemet explains why ILAs might not offer the adequate solution to address the objectives and barriers mentioned in the consultation document.
